Corporate Private Track hire
Personal hire of our airfield for you to host your friends/supporters/sponsors. All usual AMC rules apply to cars/drivers/passengers with a limit on 10 cars participating during the event.
Ideal if you have a few cars that you'd like to test, or you'd like to show your sponsors a great day out. We're happy to extend the track for these events and have few 'extra' options to make the layout fit what you need.
This option is available on most of our planned track days. Please get in touch with us to discuss the date you'd like to use and we can confirm with you prior to purchase.
Refunds
Refunds in full, available up to 10 days prior to the event (if track day is on Saturday, 10 days before is Thursday the week prior, so request for refund must be received by 1700 Wednesday). Request for refund must be made in writing and received during working hours 0900-1700).
Cancellation after this point will receive 50% refund.
Cars
All cars must meet the AMC standard. See the FAQ page for full details.
Drivers /passengers
Drivers must hold a full UK road licence.
Passengers must be a minimum of 16years old.
All will require to sign a waiver.
